  • Return Instructions: After contacting us, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first receiving return instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

b. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

  • Return Instructions: After contacting us, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first receiving return instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and for shipping the new item to you.

b. Exchange Approval:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • If approved, we will send you the new item. Please note that the availability of replacement items may vary.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

a. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sakusuperstore.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

5. Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
